Unlimited-Circulation Bypass Valve (UCBV)

Vigor’s Unlimited-Circulation Bypass Valve (UCBV) is a new generation tool with a multiple-opening circulation that can be activated unlimited “on” and “off” by a single ball drop that changes the drilling fluid flow path from the ID of the string (non-bypass) to the annulus (bypass).

Unlimited-Circulation Bypass Valve (UCBV) use to：

1.Protect bottom hole drilling assemblies when plugging and injecting acid and cement slurry
2.Cuttings cleaning, especially suitable for extended reach and horizontal Wells
3.Increase reaming speed while enlarging the hole
4.Enhance hole cleaning and chip cleaning during coring

    ●  The Unlimited-Circulation Bypass Valve (UCBV) is the perfect tool for use in ‘High Angle’ and ‘Horizontal ’ wells as the tool functions as the ball passes thru the tool and does not rely on the ball reaching the catcher seat to function the tool open.

    ●  All tools have two large circulating ports as standard which greatly reduces the risk of plugging.

    ●  The Unlimited-Circulation Bypass Valve (UCBV) is the only tool of its type that permits ‘FULL TFA REVERSE CIRCULATION’.

    ●  Due to the unique design of the multi-cycle tools, the flow ports are open before the activating ball reaches the catcher seat. Thus, preventing the ball inadvertently being sheared thru to the catcher basket.

    ●  The multi-cycle tool can be run into the well bore in the ‘locked open’ position.

    ●  All tools permit a minimum of six open and close functions as standard. This number can be doubled on request.
