Hydraulic Dual Line Sliding Sleeve

Sliding Sleeve is a standard component for the completion of an oil or gas well. Their main uses are to shut off flow from one or more reservoir zones or to regulate pressure between zones.

Vigor Hydraulic Dual Line Sliding Sleeve enables you to adjust flow and manage pressure along the wellbore by choosing which zones remain open or closed during production. Acting as downhole control valves, sliding sleeves can also be used to circulate fluids from the annulus to the tubing above the production packer, or to inject water into individual zones during waterflood operations.

Vigor Hydraulic Dual Line Sliding Sleeve is a hydraulically actuated sliding sleeve mounted in the tubing to allow selective communication between the annulus and the tubing without the need of coiled tubing or wireline intervention.

The hydraulic dual is designed for multiple cycling in high temperature high pressure applications. With its proprietary non-elastomeric high performance seal system and high performance seals, valve can handle a 5,000 psi maximum shifting differential between the annulus and the tubing. The high performance seal system allows opening and closing of the valve multiple times without loss of seal integrity.

Selectively Produce Multizone Wells

Vigor sliding sleeve separation tool allows flow from the casing and tubing annulus through an open sliding sleeve and up the production tubing while blanking off the tubing just below the sliding sleeve. This allows alternating production of two zones (isolated from each other by packers) without commingling.

When production from an upper zone is not wanted and the sliding sleeve leaks fluid between the tubing and casing annulus when closed, a packoff is isolate the zone. The sliding sleeve packoff is attached to a lock, which anchors and seals in the sliding sleeve. The packoff assembly isolates the sliding sleeve ports and prevents fluid migration between the tubing and casing annulus while allowing restricted flow up the production tubing from below.

Shift with Wireline, Coiled Tubing (CT), or Interventionless Operations

A shifting tool and wireline or CT are used to shift the sleeve open or closed. Alternatively, an external shroud can be run in the closed position while the inner sleeve is open.

The shroud is sheared hydraulically with annular pressure to establish communication. Heavyweight mud can be displaced from the annulus to the tubing without a slickline or CT trip to open the sleeve. Standard slickline or CT methods are used to close the sleeve.

Allows remote operation of sliding sleeve to control production. The valve will be used to control the flow of fluid from well into the tubing.
Proprietary non-elastomeric seal system allows the valve to withstand high differential pressures and has been tested to 7，500 Psi differential unloading.
Landing nipple above and seal bore below allows additional equipment to locate and seal across the Hydraulic Dual Line Sliding Sleeve if desired.
Milled slots provide a large flow area to minimize erosion but still withstand high torque, bending and tensile forces.
Proprietary threaded connections eliminates the need for O-ring sealing.
Valve will be run in well with deviation between 70-90 degree.
