Vigor Smart Drilling Jar (VSDJ)
Description
Vigor Smart Drilling Jar (VSDJ) is designed based on the hydraulic jar.
A surface software and downhole acquisition circuit were developed, which has the functions of real-time tension monitoring, jar action feedback and adjustable unlocking force, realizing visualization and controllability of jarring.
The purpose is to better monitor the working effect and the downhole working conditions in real time method.
Features
· Jarring is triggered once the tools get stuck and the cable tension reaches the unlocking force
· The unlocking force is adjustable, suitable for different tension
· The unlocking force can be adjusted remotely by the surface system in real time
· Downhole tension is with high accuracy and can be monitored in real time
· Real-time feedback on the jarring action can be provided.
· Multiple jarring to improve unfreezing rate when tools getting stuck
