Dwarf ™ Dissolve Frac Plug (Short Type)
Description
Vigor Dwarf ™ Dissolve Frac Plugs (Short Type) are used for multi-layer fracturing operations in vertical and horizontal wells. Soluble magnesium alloys and rubber materials are used to achieve complete degradation of frac plugs.
During operation, the Dwarf ™ Dissolvable Frac Plug is connected to the sealing tool through an adapter. The Short Dissolvable Frac Plug is sent to the designed sealing position by cable or oil pipe. After the position is determined, the tool is sent in for ignition or the liquid is pumped on the ground. The push tube and the middle pull rod are relatively displaced, thereby sealing the bridge plug and letting it go. Then the ball is thrown, or the ball can be put into the bridge plug in advance for direct fracturing operations.
The slip surface adopts button tooth technology. The short structure design reduces the length of the bridge plug, reduces production costs, and accelerates dissolution efficiency.
Features
· Short, single-slip design:With a single- versus dual-slip design, the Dwarf ™ is one of the shortest dissolvable frac plugs on the market.
· No mandrel required:The plug uses a unique wedge mechanism, eliminating the need for a mandrel and allowing for a smaller element, improving dissolution.
· Increased Rate of Returns:Fundamentally, the Dwarf ™ is purpose-built to get to production faster, resulting in an Increased Rate of Return (IRR).
· Configurable:Unlike other dissolvables, the Dwarf ™ can be specifically configured to reliably dissolve in a range of wellbore conditions, accommodating variables like chloride count and temperature.
· Lower emissions:Compared to conventional completions, the Dwarf ™ significantly reduces production time, along with the associated carbon footprint.

Laboratory Test
Setting Performance Test
Connect the hydraulic setting tool to the adaptor, and assemble the frac plug;
Prepare 1% potassium chloride solution, with a total of 51.2 kg of water and 0.51 kg of potassium chloride. Stir it evenly in the dissolution tank;
1.Increase the hydraulic pressure of the setting tool until the plug is released and set;
2.Check the setting status of the frac plug and insert the plug
3.Fill the casing with the 1% potassium chloride solution and install the casing joint
Sealing Performance and Pressure Holding Test
1.Heat the set frac plug
2.Increase the temperature and pressure gradually to test the temperature resistance and pressure withstanding capability.
